Yes, but Mantle has been basically discontinued and is being replaced by Vulkan, which will hopefully be coming out by the end of the year.

There's no SDK for Mantle, so there is no way to use it. There are some demo there and there but that's not enough to develop a full backend. Use DX12 one instead.
