Critical error Jpcsp can't run (please help) - MitchMatch - 09-02-2013

I Seem to have gotten this error after my brother had me update to Windows 8. Before I updated I could run Jpcsp just fine when It was Vista
Specs
Microsoft Windows (NT 6.2) Enterprise
Pentium® Dual-Core CPU ES 300 @ 2.60GHz
4.0 GB
Intel® G33/G31 Express Chipset Family
Here is what comes up when I try a game

Running Jpcsp 64bit...
java.lang.RuntimeException: Jpcsp cannot display.
The cause could be that you are using an old graphic card driver (try to update
it)
or your display format is not compatible with Jpcsp (try to change your display
format, Jpcsp requires 32 bit color depth)
or the anti-aliasing settings is not supported by your display (leave the Jpcsp
anti-aliasing to its default setting)

The problem isn't that hard to solve if you actually took the time to read the Java Error. Since you updated your computer from Windows Vista to Windows 8, you also need to update your Graphics Card driver with one for Windows 8 (as stated in the error). Otherwise, check the display on your computer to see if 32-bit color depth is enabled, etc.

I have already updated my driver to it's most recent version and as far as I know you cant change the display format in Windows 8 believe me I've looked it up, but I would like to ask what did you mean by enable my color depth?
About taking the time to read it, I have read it, and I tried to fix it using what it said, but since it still didn't work I decided to post here for help with the parts of the error I did not understand.

I'm guessing the color dept is the responsible one this time.Go to intel's graphic properties(right click on the desktop) and in one tab there should be an option to change the color dept, change it to 32 bit

Ah wait I remember now, there is still no solution unfortunately. You can search on the forum the "Solution for critical display error" thread. In that thread it is mentioned that no one knows the solution yet

I see, A shame I guess I just have to wait till I can get of a new graphics card.
Thank you for letting me know, I've been looking all over for a fix at least I know their is none right now.
