You probably have sonicstage but if you don't maybe that's the problem. You can also try unchecking in the configurations, for audio, Disable audio threads and disable audio blocking. If you've unchecked that and it still doesn't work, maybe you can get mono_ATRAC3PLUS but I doubt that would do anything.
