Hmm...i think, because it's reserved for 2nd analog stick.

I manually revent back to r3111's
Controller.java ,DefaultSettings.properties,ControlsGUI.java,sceCtrl.java,Settings.java
Then can change the key.

The right analog controller is now only enabled for HD Remaster games (r3136). You should now be able to assign the "f", "g", "h" and "t" keys for the other applications.
