Nvidia GT630
4 GB Ram
I would like to play Project Diva,FFIV,Dissidia,Disgaea etc.
Would they work fine on it?

You should have no problems.
Not all game will work full speed, but u will be able to play them at good speed.

Project Diva is going to work fast with proper configuration of emulator.
Also, check PPSSPP emulator. 
It can run Project Diva at 60 FPS even with some faster single core CPU (i say single core CPU because PPSSPP still don't use 2 cores, and i can reach full speed in most working games (there are not lot of working games yet) with my AMD Athlon 64 x2 3800+ 2,26GHz (OC'ed)..). Imagine what speed will my PC have when PPSSPP start using 2 cores.. I will be able to run every game at 60 FPS.
