As sum2012 doesn't have an issue, maybe the problem is in the PGD files already decrypted

Could you delete the whole directory "tmp/ULJM06163" and retry? The PGD decryption could take a long time at the first run as the files to be decrypted are huge!

This game was tested with revision b7a1d8b. A user on GBAtemp has mentioned with this post that the option "Extract original PGD files to TMP folder" does not work. I'm assuming that revision e8ca352 broke this option and made it stop extracting decrypted PGD files.

With regards to the option "Export 3D scene (Wavefront .obj/.mtl)", is it possible to expand its functionality to export any 2D scene as well? On PPSSPP, the option "Save new textures" can dump any 2D or 3D texture.
