You simply download jpcsp, then download the game you want (yugioh tag force 5) and put the iso you downloaded in the folder named "umdimages" inside your jpcsp folder. Then run the emulator by clicking the start file that has two gears on it. It should be called something like
"start-windows-amd32". Then click File, then Load UMD click the yugioh tag force 5 game then click load and play
