Would this be possible in the future for JPCSP. Not everyone has OpenGL 2.0 and above.
You need openGl 2.0 to play any Direct 10.
but i heard does Dx10 means Shader3.0. is there any connection between Dx and OpenGl?

What I think he means is that you won't find a graphics card that supports directx 10 but not OpenGl 2.0 and above.
