With enable use vertex cache
The real problem is is that you can not move the character,and Cpu don't move also.

As it has evolved the emu,great job.

seem file have been encrypted
I have added compiler,hle.IoFileMgrForUser debug log and profiler
Hope gid15 find a a way to decrypted.
