A graphical DOSBox frontend for Mac OS X.

Changes :
# If no Scaler type is selected, which could happen accidentally only, the scaler type will be set to "Normal2x" now. Previously, in this case no scaler type has been sent to DOSBox.
# CPU Core & Type settings has been re-created ('dynamic' selection to CPU Core is now back in Dapplegrey).
