Every time i clicked the startup in 32bit version of jpcsp its just closes

I have the exact same problem. I installed the latest version of JRE, as well as Hyakki's JPCSP launcher. Both double-clicking on the .bat file and opening JPCSP through the launcher caused a window to briefly appear then close. In the launcher, a message pops up that says "JPCSP closed/terminated". Also, when I'm in the main directory and viewing the file icons, it says that the .bat file is a "MS-DOS Batch File". I'm wondering if there's some other firmware besides JRE that needs to be installed to run the .bat file?
