i can't set in the controller menu the é,á,ő,ű etc. letters.
is there a way to use these lettters?

Hmm... I suppose you're using a specific region keyboard (Hungarian?).
Since those keys aren't part of the standard keyboard mapping, they're probably being ignored by JPCSP.

yes, i am using a hungarian keyboard, but it didn't mean a problem with the other emulators like pcsx2,epsxe,dolphin wii etc.

Do you have a usb controller. You can use Xpadder to make the keys work for your controller. I do it with mine.
