After you have run once the 6.61 EBOOT.PBP, it has extracted all necessary files. Later, you can reboot the PSP using the option "--reboot" (instead of "--vsh").

Using the latest version (a4f15d1 or later), I am now able to run the CFW PRO-C for the firmware 6.61... and also run the cube.iso sample application from the CFW
