Checked: Bind SPU..., Lower SPU..., Enable SPU...
OpenGL/Vulkan, Invalidate Cache Every Frame, Use GPU Texture Scaling
Cutscenes (movie footage) solid 30fps, menu solid 30fps, gameplay 10-20fps (the more enemies on screen - the lower fps).
