Status: Playable (Beat first boss and played some of second level.)
Core: Automatically load required libraries | Bind SPU threads to secondary cores | Lower SPU thread priority
Graphics: 1280x720 | 16:9 | Frame limit Auto | Use GPU texture scaling
Audio: XAudio2
Input/Output: XInput (Using an official PS3 controller with SCPToolkit drivers)

Tested on 9 combinations of the Renderer, PPU, and SPU configurations. Yo dawg, I heard you like emulators, so I played an emulator in an emulator in your emulator.
Also, I've never seen a NPJJ Title ID before. What does it mean?

OPENGL
OGL+Int(p)+Int(p): Ingame. Plays at 30FPS instead of 60. Audio stutters.
OGL+Int(p)+Int(f): Ingame. Plays at 30FPS instead of 60. Slight audio stutter. Audio desynced with video.
OGL+Int(p)+Rec(ASMJIT): Ingame. Plays at 30FPS instead of 60. Slight audio stutter. Audio desynced with video.

OGL+Int(f)+Int(p): Ingame. Plays at 30FPS instead of 60. Audio stutters.
OGL+Int(f)+Int(f): Ingame. Plays at 30FPS instead of 60. Slight audio stutter. Audio desynced with video.
OGL+Int(f)+Rec(ASMJIT): Ingame. Plays at 30FPS instead of 60.

OGL+Rec(LLVM)+Int(p): Playable. 60FPS. Audio stutters.
OGL+Rec(LLVM)+Int(f): Playable. 60FPS. Slight audio stutters.
OGL+Rec(LLVM)+Rec(ASMJIT): Playable. 60FPS.
NPJJ are PS1 games. I'll be moving this one to General Discussion for now.

A strange edge case. This game has an eboot and a content .sdat, it's not packed like a normal PS1 title. Best guess: this one is bundled with some custom PS1 emulator.
