Please follow the quickstart guide instead of random youtube videos.
What you pasted on there was just some random console output and not a log (log is RPCS3.log), did you press start after booting the game?

Also, check compatibility list for working games.

sorry2 btw now its working but when i press start its not working again it just turns black

Attach a full log file (needs compression first)
