Lets say I tried something like GTA or god of war. Using settings that use the most accurate rendering while not killing frames. (Least graphical errors balanced with speed) could it handle it? And is saving supported?

No, AAA titles don't run yet. Some may boot but that's mostly it.
Saving is working for most games.
