The black section of the track shows an issue when streaming data to rsx, I doubt it's tied to rsx. More likely a ppu/spu issue (an spu thread not fast enough to fill a new section before entering it).

Dante38490 how did you get ingame? even with your D3D12Formats commit it stuck with this error

Oh yes, for this error set Frame limiter in "Off"

The game doesn't load the track :/ I fixed green color in car selection screen but can't see if it affects game too.

There are still plenty of other regressions and problems, that you could investigate.
