Screen gets partially grey or nothing gets displayed. No errors when run is clicked.
You have a version of opengl 1.5 ???
I think you must have minimum 2.0 to use jpcsp. You must update your drivers ...

Then I guess it's my OpenGL version. My graphics card is crappy as well, so I guess that's why.
